This is my third William Wood Watch and this one fills my roll. After 33 years operational service with Cheshire FRS my grown up Childern got me my Chivarous for my retirement, My wife found me my Valiant while she was in The Christie Hospital undergoing intense Chemotherapy (think it was a reward for all of the miles commuted and cappuccinos deliverd) and The Fearless is a treat to myself. Went for the direction arrow buckle as a nod to my current roll within the Fire & Rescue Service as a non ops Technical Fire Safety Officer. I would highly recommend William Wood whether you are linked to the Fire Service or just a collectors of beautiful watches. When shopping with William Wood, just like the Fire Service you are part of something bigger, you are made to feel like family and engaged with throughout you purchase.
Where do I start, I wanted to purchase a watch for my husband who had been admiring the William Wood collection for a while. I decided to buy him one for his birthday, I chose the Fire Exit. Shortly after purchasing the watch I received an email from Jonny explaining their warehouse would be closed for a week for well earned break for the staff, which would mean a delay in receiving my watch by a week. As a good will gesture I could choose a complimentary strap. As promised a week later I have received the watch and complimentary strap.The watch is exquisite, beautifully presented in a stunning case and boxed in a beautiful red box secure with all the information required, finished with a red silk bow. From start to finish 💯 customer service. Couldn't recommend enough the quality and service I have personally received. Thank you.

As a watch collector of all different brands and price points, the small and not so small details are important to me. My son will be graduating from the fire academy in the US in July.
