The shipping from the UK to the US was quick. My watch had an issue when it arrived (ran too fast), but customer service was able to get me a replacement within days. The replacement runs perfectly and it is now my daily watch.
Had my new William Wood Bronze Valiant watch delivered today!Great watch that looks and feels 4 or 5 times the price. The attention to detail on the packaging gives you a feel for what's inside and the 3x watch storage sleeve isa great touch. Looking forward to my next birthday when I'll need to persuade my wife I need another William Wood watch:)
What a beautiful Watch.It was like Christmas unwrapping the package.First its delivery box, then the monogramed cloth bag. Then the Red box with your paperwork. Finally, the watch case containing my Fearless Red watch and spare strap.I've never owned a watch of this calibre and the craftsmanship is stunning.Very pleased, need to start saving for my next one.
