The watch arrived safe and sound yesterday and I love it thank you. The quality of the build is impressive, a solid movement and hats off to your packaging. By great coincidence a dear firefighter friend of mine happens to be staying at our house this week so he was particularly enthralled by the brand and it’s heritage. I’d also like to give a shout out to the company on the basis of its fulfilment and after sales. Delivered from the UK to Australia in less than a week with regular shipping updates and a note from the founder asking for feedback on receipt of the watch. Apart from being impressed by the quality of the watch, the packaging was absolutely beautiful and some of the major brands could learn a lot from the customer orientation of this fledgling brand. I am not enamoured with the attitude of some of the major brands in the market these days and so it’s refreshing when the support of upcoming independent brands is rewarded with such a positive experience.
After speaking with Jonny Garrett, I chose the Triumph Oxygen watch. When the watch arrived I was overwhelmed with the quality of the watch, straps, the packing, the watch box, and the owners manual.
