Unfortunately i never received my parcel. I raised this with customer service and the delivery provider left my parcel in an unsecured place and didn’t buzz my building number or contact me.
i was ignored by customer service for 3 weeks asking for updates during an investigation with the delivery provider however they stated as the GPS of my parcel was located at my address they were closing my investigation and didn’t help with my missing parcel. This has left me at a loss with no action taken to replace or refund my missing parcel which was disappointing. They also used very passive aggressive wording such as if you don’t believe you received your parcel etc when i literally don’t have it as if i’m making up which honestly made me more angry as a customer.
Completely lost all my loyalty and trust with this company 0/10.
Never received my package. They use a weird Chinese courier that sends blurry delivery confirmation photos and delivers to wrong address. Contacted juicy couture, they won’t do anything because I didn’t buy the shipping insurance.
**Edit on 12/9 - changing from 1 star to 3. They did process my refund quickly. I know some other reviewers have said they were unable to contact customer service. Because JC reached out to cancel my order, I had access to their 800 number so I called back asking for specific information about my refund and it was processed within 24 hours. I was able to find cute JC boots & flipflops online at Macy's and a track suit in the right color/size without a butt logo at TJ Maxx for a fraction of the cost. JC Penney's also sells Juicy Couture now (sets are exclusive to their store). Prices at TJ Maxx and JCP are about $40 for the whole set vs. $120-200 on the JC website. Save yourself the experience of an overpriced direct purchase and shop in other stores*** (Original review)-For a company trying to make a "comeback" Juicy Couture has sadly missed the mark. My daughter (21) requested a Juicy Couture pink tracksuit with bling for Christmas. I am not a fan of the tracksuits that have "Juicy" written across the rear. It is highly inappropriate and sends the wrong message to young women (and men). We cannot expect society to stop treating women like sexual objects when a popular clothing brand is promoting just that. My daughter agrees with me but likes the overall look and sparkles, so we were both happy when I was able to find a pink tracksuit on the website where there was a monogram logo on the front of the pants and no logo on the back (I am absolutely not buying anything with the butt logo). When I ordered the set in her size on Black Friday, the order went through with no problems. Today, they called me to say the order has to be cancelled because the pants are no longer available in her size. In other words, they happily accepted too many orders (and payments) for a product they did not have enough stock for. It was literally the only tracksuit in pink without a logo on the rear. So, aside from my general disdain for the practice of reducing women to a specific body part (since that butt logo is what draws the eye), I also have a daughter disappointed that a brand she likes can't fill an order AND has no other appropriate alternatives. Waiting on my $120 refund.
I will never order from Juicy Couture again. Their customer service was a disaster from start to finish. They sent my order to the wrong address—twice. Communication was late, inaccurate, and misleading. I was told to pay extra for insurance just to have my package mishandled again. No accountability, no resolution, just more frustration. I do not recommend the store or their support team. They’ve earned a hard pass from me.
My experience with this company has been absolutely exhausting. First I forgot to write down on the address my door number and contacted the costumer service right away. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do to cancel or edit the order because of their policy. Mind you it was just minutes after the order was made, the order wasn't wasn't even confirmed yet. I had to wait for the package to arrive in my country and call a hundred times to the courier company about this problem. Then I made a return on October 30. The package has been in the same country as their warehouse since November 6 but for some reason the package has not been checked in for almost a month. Today is November 24 and still nothing of my refund, their responses are prepared to say the same thing. I'm so tired of this. I will not buy from this brand ever again and I advise you not to order from them either
