Review Time
I was interested in buying a watch from the Triumph Collection. I wrote several times asking support where the watches are made. The first time, they gave me a vague answer, saying they don’t make watches in Switzerland. I asked the same question a second time, then a third time… and they never even bothered to reply.Skip this overpriced Chinese product. Better to get a proper watch from a reputable company.
Purchased the William Wood - Go You Big Red Fire Engine watch. The watch looks great and the service was fantastic as always. This is my fourth William Wood watch. This is great looking watch and as usual is if the highest quality. Their watches really are fantastic and the personal service you receive can't be beaten.
This is my second William Wood watch purchase.Both for the same incredible now retired New York Fire Fighter. He is fighting his toughest battle now as the result of his contributions to 9/11.I had a pressing time scale to get the watch I wanted for him. The build and delivery time is normally 3-4 weeks. I sent a note on the website detailing my friends history and the time pressure.It was a Saturday. Within an hour Jonny Garrett, the CEO and Founder had replied personally. He took direct ownership of ensuring the watch would be built and delivered as fast as possible. He also enhanced the experience with an incredibly generous gift.The experience was absolutely exceptional. The leadership, kindness, professionalism and generosity from Jonny on behalf of his company is an example to others and beyond comparison.He had no need to do it. He responded on a Saturday and the sincerity of his response showed total dedication to his business and the heart of it, recognising those that risk it all to protect all of us.Thank you does not say enough.

The customer experience is consistently superb. Excellent communication, immediate response to queries, fabulous packaging which creates an event in itself, and innovative, beautifully designed and manufactured products which never disappoint.
