The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They helped us through the process of selecting the correct click flooring for our room. We used their recommended fitter who was also very professional, on time and did a superb job. We were very happy with the product and service would definitely recommend.
Everything from the moment we walked in the store was perfect. When we were unsure about the colour with our wooden units they produced wood in the exact colour so we could be sure about the purchase. All the people who we came in contact with were fantastic and couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried. Although the fitters are independent to Wilsons I would also like to sing their praises as well. The carpet was fitted perfectly even though they faced some challenges with the existing tiles. I would heartily recommend Wilsons to everyone
We visited the Rotherham store a couple of times to pick our flooring. We were not bothered or hassled at any time (although we were greeted and asked if we wanted any help). When we had questions we were told exactly what measurements to take at home, and when we were ready to order the staff were very helpful and polite. We found the quote very reasonable, and we’re not pressured into any add-ons or upgrades. We had to rearrange our original fitting date due to finding an issue when we removed our old flooring but this was done with no issue.Our order was only for 2 small rooms, but we were made to feel like it was as important to them as someone spending much more. Although the carpet fitters aren’t directly employed by Wilson’s it is worth mentioning how professional they were. They called when they were on their way, double checked which orientation we wanted and just got on with it - no messing about. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. We would absolutely use Wilson’s again.
