We have lived in Portugal for 3 years as English speakers. The Winsurance team have assisted us ENORMOUSLY. They have truly gone above and beyond what one expects from an insurance broker. From back claims for medical procedures, to debit order confusions, to emergency medical procedures - they have stood by us & given us not only excellent advice: including screenshots of every single step required to operate the MGEN app, but emotional support when there were tough medical situations to handle. And all of this IN English. Cannot recommend this company enough. Truly outstanding.
