They have an algorithm that keeps creeping the prices up, whatever you do, no way around it.
I've tried in incognito mode, with cookies rejected.
Select the flight, at this stage you have no choice but log in, so they know it's you and you want this flight.
When it comes to payment, they ask you to authorise payment in your online banking's app. Authorise, on returning to the Wizz app, it closes your session, prompting you to start again, but this time the price WILL be higher!
This cannot be legal!
And this isn't just this one time, it's EVERY SINGLE TIME!
I'm 100% certain this is against the law!
I'm fuming! WIll never use Wizzair again!!!

Probably the best budget airlines

I flew a few times between UK and Istanbul, Türkiye with Wizair over the Christmas and 2024 new year period and I was pleasantly surprised with Wizair. The seats were the most comfortable amongst budget airlines. The staff were very attentive especially Maria! She is a valuable asset and any airlines would be lucky to have her. Maria is Proactively looking after the customers and looking out for their children. Thank you again Maria!

Too many fights that had serious delays…

Too many fights that had serious delays and too little support from the company when that happened. Had to take them to an ADR for changing the departure of my flight from Scotland to England and refusing to cover costs. Eventually won but I think it's really not worth the waste of time to take the risk, so most likely will fly using different companies. Also, their luggage fees are a rip-off compared to other companies, there is no justification for it. Otherwise, the flights were ok, but the bad experiences really ruined this company for me.

Wizz Air delay reason denials

Ist-Gatwick ,Flight no:95730 was delayed over 5 hrs on the 16th of July due to technical reasons. Then we've waited all this time for replacement of the plane.After my compensation claim through wizzair app the customer service shamefully denied the reason for delayMember of cust.serv. team returned my claim with unexpected lies mentioning that delay was due to extreme circumstances such as air traffic control operations failure which is untruePlease eventually try to become reliable and trustworthy retailer to stop losing customers.

A mixed experience with wizair

The booking process was relatively smooth and easy to navigate. Their website is user-friendly, and I appreciated the various fare options available, allowing me to choose what suited my needs best. However, I did feel that some of the extra fees were a bit excessive, and it would be nice if they could be more transparent about these charges upfront.Wizz Air generally kept to their schedule, and my flight departed and arrived close to the expected times. However, I did encounter a delay on my return flight, which was frustrating. Delays can happen with any airline, but it's essential to keep customers well-informed and provide assistance when such situations occur.The seats were quite uncomfortable, with limited legroom, and the cabin was cramped. I understand that Wizz Air is a budget airline, but a little more comfort would have gone a long way in making the flight more enjoyable. I also found the in-flight services to be subpar, with a lack of free amenities even on longer flights.
