Have several issues with the game; have contacted help through customer support...what a joke. “We will get back to you within 48 hours”...4 days later still waiting. “Tech dept. is aware of issue and working on solving it”...6 weeks later, no resolution in sight.
The gamification of a flawless word game is bad enough but the in game purchase bs makes this the worst of them all. I paid for the app but am now expected to pay extra to be able to succeed? I used to win by the power of my vocabulary not my wallet. V poor.
I have enjoyed this game for many years but the advertisements have gotten way out of line. They are so repetitive and very very frequently will not return you to the game. I find I’m rebooting the game after every play. I know that the games require advertising to keep it free for the players, but when the players can’t play because of the advertising, the game manufacturer is going to lose.
I've been asking for help for over a year and a half and get automated suggestions that don't work, often they just say thanks for your patience.You watch ads to gain coins, however, the feature doesn't work. Often when it does, coins aren't deposited. Now "Help" doesn't respond and the videos that were there to watch disappeared.
I love words with friends but I'm sick to death of these predators on here there terrible they think it's a dating website .I'm sick to death of them does anyone else experience this .also there all very similar looking if you dont talk to them wich I dont they leave the game after a couple of goes .perverts
