Workwell repeatedly make me regret using them as my umbrella company. They are so slow in responding to email even when items are marked urgent due to timing pressures for contracts to be signed and returned to the client. When you speak to them on the phone they promise to come back to you and never do. I will be changing companies. I am on Workwell Plus which is meant to give you priority and it fails miserably. Avoid as there are better options out there! Things have gone downhill ever since they went through their rebranding!
I have had difficulty getting into the portal a few times. Jordan supported me doing this, I was slow due to a day of lots going on at work. She was patient with me and spoke to me with a lot of encouragement. I REALLY appreciated her support. I would personally like to say she was a real diamond💎. She completely sorted out my difficulty and give me answers around when I would receive my funds. She was spot on with her approach. Thank you so much, if I was to score out of 0 to 10 where 10 is the best. She gets the 10. Her customer service and support is excellent. Thank you for being so helpful. AB 🙏🏽🌻🫶🏽
