Love world of bottles. They have a wide variety and really good quality. Bought in bulk for my business and really happy with product. The only one thing was I had bought 500ml amber bottles, would have loved to have got the same bottle in green. Had to go to another company. Would have much rather have bought all from world of bottles. Still a very happy customer.
Fantastic range and price for Weck jars. The order was processed and dispatched the following day after ordering and it arrived with me in the UK a few days after that. After reading reviews on here l was expecting them to take a few weeks however they were with me in 5 days. Items were well packed. Everytime l have emailed l have had a response within 24 hours. Thank you to Daniel at World of Bottles in particular. I'll definitely be buying from you again!
I ordered several Weck jars to arrive before Christmas, but from the tracking link there was an undisclosed issue with the order and no update for 5 weeks. When I most recently checked the parcel tracking link, it said it had been successfully delivered but to an address in Germany, not the UK where I'm based. I had to follow up and have been told the parcel was returned "for an undisclosed reason". I've asked for a full refund but I can't believe there was no update on delivery issues after I'd paid in full. No easy support number for outside of their office in Germany as well so comms only available via email. Really disappointed with the experience especially because I wanted to avoid buying from Amazon but World of Bottles was so unreliable.
I have tried three orders, the first order did not arrive, the second order only 70% were unbroken and the third delivery has not arrived.Communication is poor, they appear to take your money, dispatch the goods in poor packaging, and then refuse to respond adequately if at all to the issues that you get from DPD deliveries.The delivery issues are caused by inadequate packaging. If i could give zero stars then I would.DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WISH TO RECIEVE BROKEN GOODS AND THEN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REFUND.
