Ordered an item was sent an email but it said this is not your voucher code its on its way but haven't received anything to redeem it now expired so lost the money and apparently not refundable
Trying to get a refund for 2 items I ordered on Saturday 22nd Nov as it's was going to charge £10 postage and not mentioned! it's now over 72 hours and no reply at all to the WhatsApp message I've sent them to sort my refund. Message comes up saying Your message has been passed to our agents. We aim to answer your query over the next 24 hours.Tha reply doesn't help at all as no idea how I get my refund I will not pay £10 postage for 2 advent calendarsI have now had this email from them The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. Shocking customer serviceUpdate 5 days after purchase I received an email and this has been refunded
