Absolute scam!!!!Purchased a retro game console. Says it was delivered but it never was (have CCTV). Cant contact Wowcher, the seller or 4PX, the delivery company. Tried using the wowcher whatsapp support number and as soon as I put my tracking and order number in they encountered a problem and stopped communicating. Avoid like the plague. Absolute scam of a company and everyone has an it’s not my problem attitude.
I have been completely scammed. Paid for the YouTube Premium annual offer... code doesnt work and customer services (available on WhatsApp) do not read messages and have also failed to respond within their own SLA. I will now have to dispute the payment with my Bank because Wowcher have taken my money and gone underground. AVOID this SCAM companyEdit: following Wowcher’s response - to be clear, no one from Wowcher has spoken to me?Edit: 24/11 it's now been 4 days and still Wowcher ignore my WhatsApp messages and emails. I believe this is a fraudulent company.
Wowcher is currently offering a spotify premium deal for £26.99. Avoid like the plague... I purchased this Wowcher only to find out it is a scam set up via VPNs bought in India. There is noone to contact regarding it or to get a refund. Noone is responding via multiple emails and whats app messages. Would avoid this website at all costs - terrible customer service and noone contacts you back! I have contacted the sellers the email address is not active hence a scam. I would appreciate Wowcher taking some responsibility for what they offer on their site.
