Very poor service when I purchased some software for my laptop, whole process was incredibly difficult. Wowchers system said I would receive an email with my redemption code, I'm still waiting for it 24 hours later. The actual redemption code was actually found on wowcher via logging backing to the order, although the email and the instructions say it will arrive by email, I down loaded the programme and it now says I need an app to down load fully onto my pc, no details of what app, I've given up. Dealing with wowcher via watts app is an absolute joke, computer generated responses that don't help at all. Last time I ever ever buy anything from the fraudulent company, buyers beware they are appalling. I want a refund but there is absolutely no phone number to call to talk to anyone and explain my issues, how in 2026 can a company operate with out a telephone number, is this company run from some ones back bedroom.
I am disgusted at the treatment of this company. I placed an order twice in error and have not been able to cancel it. I tried on WhatsApp app an it was an automated reply. , if you phone the number they say send a WhatsApp which they seem to be ignoring. I will never touch this company again. I have read all the instructions to request a refund but they seem to have stopped replying to the WhatsApp message. I have send all the details as requested on their refund policy and again have had no response. This is my 1st and last time I ever order from this company, the customer service is disgusting
I purchased a course that I have wanted to do for quite a while now and the process was quick and easy and within minutes I had my log in details from the Academy and applied for my student ID so I could receive 10% discount in shops and stores as a student.

Wowcher seriously needs to cut down on the relentless emails. Just counted from 6.a.m this morning I’ve received 6 different emails. Feel sorry for there suppliers,with the amount we receive don’t even look at them. There a saying you cannot see the wood for the trees,comes to mind with Wowcher.
Great deal on the hotel I booked.Easy to redeem voucher.However,I tried to book a 3 night break but could only book one night at a time so I had 3 wowchers to redeem .It was worth it for the excellent deal though.
My experience with Wowcher i purchased 3 vouchers for 6 of us going away for my birthday in May.
Wowcher gave me a discount which helped as I paid for everyone.
I haven't celebrated my birthday for the last 2 years as my mum died the day after my birthday. This break shall be a wonderful retreat as Wowcher had a discount on this Cotswolds break and it helped with breakfast and dinner included for 2 nights I chose to stay.
Without Wowcher doing these deals I wouldn't be able to afford these breaks so thank you Wowcher and I'm grateful.
I’ve never experienced customer service as poor as Wowcher’s. What should have been a simple issue turned into weeks of frustration, ignored messages, and copy‑and‑paste responses that showed nobody was actually reading what I wrote.
I purchased two mattresses that arrived not as described. The merchant (Cloud9) sent the same template reply three times, refusing to address any of the evidence I provided. Instead of stepping in, Wowcher repeatedly sent me the same generic “has this been resolved?” email, even after I sent detailed escalations explaining exactly what was happening.
I contacted them again via WhatsApp, only to receive another scripted response telling me to “wait for the merchant,” despite the merchant clearly refusing to engage. At no point did Wowcher take ownership of the issue or offer any meaningful support.
My daughters have been without mattresses since early March because of this, and Wowcher’s handling of the situation has been nothing short of appalling. I’ve now had to escalate the matter through my bank because Wowcher failed to act.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Wowcher. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re essentially on your own.
A Wowcher advert popped up in a browser search with what seemed like a good deal for some software. I went for it and was sucked into a highly complicated process which seemed designed to fool people. Do this on the app, do that on the website, get a voucher and eventually find out I have to place an order with Softkeycart (for which I had to download and register on another app). Since then I have been inundated with notifications, emails and all forms of dubious advertising from Wowcher and Sofkeycart. I am intending to end my relationship with Wowcher and I expect this process to be deliberately made difficult. To cap all this, Wowcher send me to Softkeycart who, after going through the purchase process and reading their reviews, are clearly a poor quality organisation with no understanding of ethics.
What an amazing company! I couldn’t stop spending and ended up with a rather expensive spend! The spend was high…but the savings made were epic! They’ll need one delivery van to bring these lovely homely items to us. Thank you SO much Temu; amazing!
