I feel completely scammed and extremely let down by Wowcher. My issue has been ongoing since August, and despite countless attempts to resolve it, I’ve been left in financial difficulty with absolutely no support. The problem involved a third-party merchant, but instead of helping or taking responsibility, Wowcher refused to issue a refund or provide any meaningful assistance.I trusted this platform, but the lack of accountability and customer care has been shocking. I’ve been passed back and forth with no resolution, no compassion, and no protection as a customer. At this point, I genuinely feel misled and abandoned after spending my hard-earned money.If you’re considering purchasing through Wowcher, please be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left completely on your own — just like I have been.I would never expect a company of this size to leave a customer struggling financially over an unresolved issue, but that’s exactly what has happened. Truly disappointing.
I purchased 5 tickets for Gandeys circus on the 16th of August.I redeemed my voucher codes and straight away it stated ' expired. How can my tickets be expired when I had only bought the tickets 10 minutes previously. I have contacted customer services twice, no answer. Tried to liaise with AI assistance through WhatsApp which directed back to customer services. This feels like a scam, no tickets , lost my money or should I say my money was theft off me , as well as very sad children that can not even go to the event in October.
What a rip off i purchased two items and didnt get a code or whatever it is they say they send tou to redeem for your items and when i went into my account to see were my items were it said my vouchers had expired ! i contacted them to say i hadent recieved them and they point black told me more or less that was tuff no refund or credit given.This means that if you dont recieve your code or whatever they say they send you they keep your money.Total Rip off im out of pocket over £70 quid if a code or voucher has been redeemed in the short time you get its clear something has gone wrong as no one just throws money down the drain for goods the dont recieve.Just look down at all the 1*Reviews that seem to be masked by some good reviews !!! a lot have experienced the same as me.
I bought some vouchers back in August for a Dusseldorf Christmas market for 3 people but the flights we were given at the time were sending us somewhere else. When we questioned this we were told it was a typo. We then asked for a refund and Wowcher tried to wash their hands of it saying it was purchased with their "trusted merchant" even though the payment was made to Wowcher! Now Prime Holidays says we have not " confirmed " our trip at the time so now we'd have to get another trip but of course, pay more. Absolutely disgusting. We just want our hard earned money back. It's a big con both Wowcher and Prime Holidays
I am absolutely disgusted with the way Wowcher and Prime Holidays have handled my booking. I paid £547.99 for a holiday, and despite following every step of their process and requesting a refund within my rights, they have flat-out refused to return my money.The customer service experience has been shocking – endless automated responses, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It feels like both companies are just passing the blame to each other while keeping my hard-earned money.What’s worse is that Wowcher promotes these “deals” as secure and reliable, but when things go wrong, they completely wash their hands of responsibility. The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and downright dishonest.If you’re thinking about booking a holiday through Wowcher or Prime Holidays — don’t. You risk losing your money, your time, and any hope of decent customer service. I’ve learned the hard way that “too good to be true” really applies here.I’ll be taking this matter further through my bank and consumer protection channels — but I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap.This is still ongoing, Prime Holidays have been bullying me to pay more money and Wowcher has been non responsive.Wowcher still haven't contacted me, Prime Holidays are trying to get more money from me and have said there was only 90 days to book with them which ended today, 3 months of requesting a refund and both Wowcher and Prime Holidays refused to take accountability £547.99 I'm out of pocket, Wowcher and Prime Holidays are scammers this has been a huge stress on my mental health and wellbeing.
I had purchased a wowcher for a phone, what came is a cheap fake phone , only looks outside as a new (but fake copy, doesn't have styllus) thing but not a Galaxy S25 ultra. I returned the item but I haven't recieved the refund yet despite contacting their customer care with return reciept
Hi, after not receiving the code for my purchase Wowcher than notified me that they put the amount in my wallet as a refund. After searching my account and emailing them previously in august I still can not find my refund in my wallet. This is disappointing how hard it is just to contact someone for help, and order the purchase I would like. UPDATE : I have just checked zero in my Wowcher wallet? Where do I find the money please to purchase?
Wowcher the most corrupt and criminal organisation in the UK, I complained to my Credit Card company about items not received, and that Criminal Organisation Wowcher said it believed the charges were correct, I finally got my money back from that Criminal organisation, remember always challenge these CROOKS if they do not send you what you ordered, or if it is faulty and not as described, remember Criminal Organisations think they can get away with their CRIMINALITY. And you will see the lies Wowcher says in replies to Comments about their Corruption and criminality, This is the top Criminal organisation in the country, and nobody in government will do anything about their criminality. Remember Wowcher is a criminal organisation and most of the suppliers they deal with are part of their criminal organisation.See the reply from this Criminal Organisation, it is an AI reply, I contacted them numerous times about this but this criminal organisation refused to reply to me, I have got my money back from my Credit Card, so what can this criminal organisation do NOTHING, So they can say that they are going to give me £30.00 compensation for their corruption and criminality, so Wowcher tell me that you are going to give me £30.00 compensation for your CRIMINALITY and I will send you all the details that you already have, and the emails I sent you that you refused to reply to, do you think people do not know you are a CRIMINAL ORGANISATION stealing money from people in the UK.
I bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 from ZAK LEARNING LTD on Wowcher. discovered it was not compatible with my laptop so I couldn’t use it. Contacted Zak Learning and they agreed to refund for the purchase. A few moths later I still had not gotten the refund. Contacted Zak learning and they assured me they refunded and I should check with Wowcher. Contacted Wowcher and they said unfortunately your refund voucher expired. I didn’t use a vowcher to pay for my order. I was assured money will be credited back to my account by the seller and I never got an email from Wowcher with the refund. Emailed them and was told “I’m sorry to learn your credit has expired”How does my money just expire? Seems Wowcher can just take my money for a product I never received? Worst experience ever! Would never use them again. I have been scammed!!
Incorrect Item Received – Breach of Contract / Consumer Rights Act 2015Dear Wowcher Customer Services,On 21 July 2025, I placed an order through your website for a 9 x 6 garden shed, for which payment was made in full.Upon delivery, however, I received a 6 x 4 garden shed, which is a smaller and lower-value product than the one I ordered. This means the goods supplied are not as described, constituting a breach of contract under Sections 9 and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Under this legislation, I am entitled to receive the goods as described in the contract, or—if that is not possible—to an appropriate refund or price reduction.As I have already incurred costs for the assembly of the product, I am not in a position to dismantle and return the shed. Accordingly, I request that you issue a refund for the difference in price between the product I ordered (9 x 6) and the cheaper product supplied (6 x 4).Please confirm how you intend to resolve this matter within 14 days of the date of this letter.
