Twice now I've ordered the same item from wowcher and both times I've had a notification saying its been delivered and nothing was delivered at all, I was home waiting for the delivery and nothing came, both times. I've tried to raise the issue with wowcher and they just say I have to give it 4 days, 4 days go by and still nothing. Avoid this scam company
Literally the biggest scam of a company. I don’t know how many problems I’ve had over the years over barely many orders. There’s been an issue with every single order I’ve made, first signing me up to something I didn’t consent to, charging my bank around £20. Then one gift I was getting someone, wouldn’t work at all. It took a lot of time and hassle getting my money back. And now I’m being signed up for things AGAIN without my consent or knowledge, taking even more money from my account that I haven’t signed up for. The website is outdated af and pop up adverts when I’m in the middle of something, making me press on it accidentally and throwing me onto other pages. SORT IT OUT.
We booked a hotel getaway for a weekend trip, paid and redeemed the booking to then have a random date change to mid week? Countless days of trying to reach a real person and solution, i decided to check social media and realise that this seems to happen alot. We they sent me a message saying "Why would you assume we changed the dates?" that is the only real response i have had. I am yet again waiting for another reply. If i see no resolution i will open a bank dispute claim using all the screenshots i have and make sure everyone avoids this company. How you resolve issues really makes your company. Please do better
