Let me start by saying that I am a new beginner trying to make my own website for the very first time. 50 years old and starting out. I reached out to Tech Support to change a colour on a checkbox. Turns out, it's not something that "Themes" control so I was asking the wrong people for help.... but, they helped me! I can customize anything and everything in my site but this one item that isn't part of customization they still helped me by giving me an easy CSS copy/paste bit of code. I was shocked they helped me with something so simple to them, so important to me, and it wasn't anything to do with technical support.... they could have told me to "go ask a programmer" and left me lost in Google searches :) Great product.
