Absolutely superb bit of kit

Absolutely superb bit of kit. I installed it myself and was very straight forward and the Wunda team were very helpful when I phoned them for any advice and guidance on the install.

My experience as a WUNDA customer

I initially corresponded with Samantha and latterly with Codie. They were both very helpful and efficient. I received a detailed layout plan in a couple of weeks and was able to review and change without incurring extra costs. I received all materials in one delivery within a few days of approving the pipe layout plan. I am self installing my WUNDA rapid response system replacing all radiators with under floor heating. My property is about 100m2 and is now served by an 8 way WUNDA manifold and UFH in all rooms. I am using LVT with XPS underlay and it all looks good so far. The only difficulty I have had is getting the UFH pipes to lay totally flat inside the pipe channels where they turn through 180 degrees in the rapid response boards. I don't yet know if this will be an issue when I come to commission the system. Otherwise everything looks good but only time will tell if my heat loss calculation is accurate. I'm looking forward to being cosy next winter with mu WUNDA under floor heating.

Good quality product

Very flexible delivery (we had to change dates due to other works), easy system to apply (we did it diy with the exemption of the manifold) and good quality product. Heats the room up very quickly, providing us a very comfortable kitchen/diner room

Excellent customer service and product

Excellent customer service and product. I actually ordered one wrong product in the system package but this was exchanged very quickly. We extended an old cottage with 3 feet thick walls and the WiFi signal was surprisingly not a problem. The extension now has underfloor heating with a conventional screed overlay, whilst the original cottage kept the old system but has replacement radiators with Wunda WiFi thermostatic radiator valves and a new boiler. The two systems run seamlessly from the Wunda app. Each room can be controlled separately having a different temperature if required. A versatile system that can be adjusted easily from our phones depending on whether we have family staying or it is just the two of us. All rooms have been well insulated and we ran our system all winter with absolutely no problems. The heating was left on and we controlled the heat being supplied to each room. It seemed very cost effective to run once the thick stone walls and underfloor screed slab were up to temperature. Our main living areas were kept at 21degrees, our bedroom at 19 degrees (because we prefer that cooler) and other areas that were being unused at 18degrees. We also run a couple of dehumidifiers and a previously damp cottage now has absolutely no damp and is warm and cosy. Very happy customer.
