Timely responses

I contacted the company because my original tracking email said that I should have my shirts by the 24th, which was the next day, yet clicking the link indicated that they were still in production and not even shipped yet. Bernie responded to my concern and said that they would talk to the production crew. I got a notification the next day that my shirts had shipped.
