HR Sports Book is bs. I asked to remove several cards from my account. Told I had to have a reason. I said none of your business. It's NOT. They finally removed 2 after I fought them. The 3rd, they said I need to send ID and a Selfie. I'm done. I hate this pos MONOPLOY
DO NOT GO!!!!! Only nice thing is the exterior of the cafe and the lady with dark hair who took us to our table. The quality of service is shocking, really not good. It’s overpriced food and doesn’t taste like it. It’s nothing special. Save your money and go to McDonald’s
Waited 20 mins to be seated despite having a reservation. Then waited over 30 mins without being served, after which point my daughter (6) and I left: the manager came to confirm they didn’t care that we hadn’t been attend to, and the server was at pains to point out it wasn’t her station. Having read other reviews, this is clearly an ongoing issue for HRC Park Lane London, with hundreds of other folks experiencing similar terrible service. Just avoid!
Visited the day after an Iron Maiden gig. This finished it off nicely. We were there more or less for opening, so not really busy, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Andy, was excellent. Told us all the usual stuff about the food/ drinks but also took his time to point out memorabilia that he thought would be of interest to us. He asked us about the gig and made us feel at home. The whole place was lovely, the food was very good and I tried my first Martini! 😁 Andy definitely made the whole experience complete with his banter. Of course we had to visit the shop after, which was also well run.Can't wait to go again
We had a disappointing experience at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh. I had made a special request to congratulate my wife, but it was completely ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent.The biggest issue was the misleading information from our waiter. We specifically asked if the Valentine’s special, Just the Two of Us, included two portions, and he assured us it did. In reality, we were served four portions and charged double the price. When we raised the concern, there was no effort to resolve it.To top it off, a tip was automatically included in the bill, despite the poor service. Definitely not the experience we expected.
My girlfriend’s son got food poisoned in Hard Rock Café Bali airport and spent 3 days in the hospital after that. We have proof from the laboratory it came from a bacteria only to be found in meat which he didn’t eat in the 9 days prior to the HRC visit where he ate a meat hamburger. This ruined our holiday and writing our experiences to the restaurant it was waved off, same happened when we wrote the headquarters. We weren’t the first persons food poisoned if you read the HRC reviews. This is the worst customer service we ever experienced!
