I am a returning patron. With the shutdown, i needed a little cushion until the government opens up. I thought of Xact and tried for a small loan. The online application was a little confusing but I telephoned for help. I teared up when I was approved and the long term payment plan was very helpful. I was afraid of future as I help tske care of my oldest son & my grandchildren & great grand children. It has meant the world to me to get approved!!!
