Couldn’t deliver a letter let alone furniture. Useless, incompetent and liars. Customer service is shocking and the company runs on post it notes without notes written on them.

Failure to do a simple collection

This company were due to collect a returned product going back to a supplier. We have electronic gates at the entrance of our development, which hundreds of delivery drivers manage to navigate every day. The driver didn’t drive up close enough to the pressure pad, the gates didn’t open, so they abandoned the collection. Now having to re-arrange all over again. Spoke to their so called customer service team who were totally unhelpful. Their app is useless and gives no information at all and is totally confusing. I would never recommend this company. I’d be surprised if they are still in business in a years time judging the reviews on here.

Peloton Bike Delivery

Had them deliver a Peloton bike. They came on time, wore shoe covers when requested. Installed everything and cleaned after, picking up all the boxes. Had to reschedule my delivery and customer service on the phone were a great help. Might have been lucky seeing all the other comments.

Storage Fees

We used XPO for an inbound shipment to Amazon. It was a relatively small shipment, 1 pallet. Amazon did what Amazon does and once the shipment arrived at the local XPO hub, XPO attempted to make an appointment for delivery and was probably told 1-3 weeks for an appointment. Meanwhile, the shipment said in their facility, racking up just under $1,000 in storage fees. They made no attempt to notify us of the issue as other carriers have done in the past so that we might have an option to do something different with the freight (have it returned or shipped elsewhere). I can guarantee you that had we purchased the freight through Amazon rather than direct, they would not have charged Amazon a dime for storage. We ship every other week on average, 1-15 pallets at a time. Now, when we're given the choice between XPO at a lower price and another carrier at a higher price, I do not hesitate to book the more expensive carrier because I refuse to use XPO ever again.

Picked up furniture from Jysk on…

Picked up furniture from Jysk on 6/12/24. Today is June 28th, and nothing. Have sent multiple emails, contacted customer service, calling on a daily basis since 20 june 2024. I just receive a call, from their number, but when I answered no one was there. Tried to call back but the phone rings and rings nobody answers. Will try after 3 pm, maybe I will get lucky. Delivery nightmare!!!!!!!! Shortly after placing this review they called to say they are delivering on Monday, 1 of july.

Shame zero star isn’t an option

This isn’t about a terrible delivery, but how a driver one of these big lorries were rude, a bully, dangerous and arrogant! A family member was on a roundabout and one of their drivers decided he had enough of waiting and pulls straight out causing a day old car a write off as he tears the front off the car causing damage beyond repair. Then has the audacity to blame the crash on family member who has right of way! What the heck?! It’s all on camera mate, YOU were and are at FAULT! He was extremely rude, shouted at other folk who were taking time out of their day to help my family member, as she was shaken up. Clearly this company employs driver who are dangerous and bullies. Oh, and the cherry on top, no apology from anyone at this company, disgusting.

I join the list of unsatisfied customers. Ordered 4 bags of dog food from Tractor Supply 5/30/24 and was delivered 6/26/24!!!! Went all over North America before getting it to me. When I called, they did keep me abreast of where it was at but no apology just “it got lost…”. If there is anyway to avoid this company, do not use them. Can’t imagine how they are still in business.

Our delivery was from Homebase. The drivers arrived on time and delivered the items. Grish Babayan was one of the delivery men and couldn't have been more helpful. He offerd to take the delivery to where it was needed and couldn't have been more polite.Thank you

I’m leaving this review after my Homebase order was delivered yesterday (Saturday) as a thank you for the kindness shown & excellent service provided by the XPO delivery gents.I don’t review a lot however I think when you receive a good service it’s nice to let the company know. I see that everyone has differing experiences with their orders but I can honestly say that Grish & his pal were fantastic.They turned up & it was heaving with rain ☔️ I had a bad back & they placed all my order safely & securely inside for me so I didn’t need to worry, without me even asking 😊Grish took the time to tell me about a natural remedy his family used to help with my back pain & I was so grateful to try anything that could help.What struck me was how warm & friendly these guys were despite getting soaked threw & despite my little westie 🐶 giving his pay out at the top of the stairs 🤣 they where so helpful kind & courteous it was really refreshing.You could tell upon first meeting Grish he was one of those rare naturally kind & compassionate people, nothing was a problem, not even the rain 😊Upon ordering from Homebase I did think the delivery fee was a little too expensive but now after the service I received I can honestly say it was worth every penny. I just hope the company appreciates and recognises this man is an asset to their company and in my humble opinion his skills are wasted delivering, I would have him right at the heart of my business, Because he’s a natural people person and a great reflection of good customer service for for the company.I haven’t been able to open all my order as of yet, but I will do later today.Thank you to both gents 😊
