The customer service and claims process is non-existent. They don't read the emails or documents provided, automatically denying claims and billing errors. Our account representative has vanished. Whatever you do, avoid this service.
The worst logistics company ever. customer service agents need total re-training. They failed to deliver on the agreed day even though I took a day off work and they did not show up or notify me. I called and was told they could not even find me on the routing for that day so had to reschedule and the lady I spoke was not helpful. When they dropped package a week later, it was just left on my neighbours wooden fence which weakened the fence due to the heavy size of the package. From the consistent negative reviews i can see here, its a big shame to the Directors and senior managers who obviously cannot seem to be bothered to hire the right people or take disciplinary actions. Big shame on the directors and owners, including companies like Keter sheds that keeps giving them repeat business.
My experience with XPO Logistics and Freight Quote has been nothing short of a scam.They recklessly damaged one of my pallets while attempting to delivery to me.15 cases of products vanished(they where never delivered) and another 15 damage beyond any repair.After I pay my bill(assorted little over $1400) they slapped on an "Adjustment" of $1800 for "Weight Difference". And when I sent the evidence I have like photos of BOL,they told me that they cannot accept such evidence and requested a diferent type of invoice.This isn’t customer service.This isn’t logistics.Its robbery dressed up like an invoice.Freight Quote and XPO Logistics operate like a MOB:no accountability,no ethics,no respect for their customers.If you value your money,your products and your sanity stay far away Businesses deserve better thandealing with a bunch of thieves without scruple
Horrible working experience with XPO logistics company. They change or cancel your pick up request all the time without sending out the new pickup information. You have to call their customer service No. to track down your request. But most of their customer service representative are the worse people to deal with! They all treated you like it’s your own fault to lose your pick up request or like you don’t know anything. They also hold off your delivery for days just because! I wouldn’t want to use their service ever again if I have another option!!
Everything went smoothly, and I was kept informed by Tracey as to any problems. Driver was cheerful and my shipment had been transported properly as described in my additional notes. Even carried the 40kg box to my car on his shoulder.Smashing!
