Review Time
Spoke to customer service about their 3 year warranty and I was told I would get it if I ordered one. However once it arrived I asked them how to activate the 3 year warranty as it was also advertised in the box they sent with the projector and they said it’s not possible. You can only get it if you pay through Amazon which I don't have as they publicly fund ICE and the company is just shady as whole. False advertisement is illegal yet they’re doing it anyway. Ive contact them about if my 1 year warranty is even activated and they haven't told me if it is or isnt.I recommend going with a company like xgimi, epson or other brands because they don’t lie about what they offer. Their projectors also last longer. My last projector from yaber broke after 1 year and they sent a replacement. Only reason I bought from them again was because of the 3 year warranty. They’re now ignoring my emails.

I was told there had been a shipping issue and that a reshipment would be prioritized to avoid further delays.On February 10, I was informed that the reshipment had been processed. After that message, I received no further updates, no tracking number, no shipment confirmation and no communication at all.After waiting without any information, I formally cancelled the order on February 19 and requested a full refund. I sent follow-up emails but have received no response.As of today, I still have not received any refund or even confirmation that the cancellation has been processed.It has now been well over two weeks since the last meaningful communication from the company, despite multiple attempts on my part to get an update or refund confirmation.Based on this experience and the apparent pattern of similar customer reports, I do not recommend ordering from this company.Update (01/04/2026):It has now been over one month since my cancellation request. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have received no response and no refund. This level of communication reflects very poor customer service.Update (03/04/2026):The company has now responded, but is requesting that I change my review to a 5-star rating in exchange for a refund. I consider this unacceptable and am still waiting for my refund.
Scam alert! Bought a T2 Plus GTV, it has a huge black spot on the lens from day one. Support (Joy) refuses to respect the European warranty and only offers 20€ compensation for a broken product. This is unacceptable. Order YABER-3895. I am now starting a chargeback with my bank.
