I had a subscriptiuon issue which the team were able to resolve within a few hours of the matter being raised. Very good response and resolution. I would have marked this as a 5* but the fact that the issue occurred in the first place pulls the mark down somewhat.
The phase “failure demand” is about having to call support to sort out something which can often, when it’s India based, have no good outcomes. This was not the case with Yoast as the person on the end of the wire knew the answer and pointed me down the right path
Fast turnaround. I had a problem with the installation that was due to settings I chose myself in my WordPress ages ago, so I was stuck. With turnaround of their competent answers of just a few hours, I could resolve the issue (3 emails full of advice from their side) in about a day. Great experience.
