Shocking service from this ham store. Last year I emailed wanting to purchase an icom 705 and after many emails both on there site email form and direct I get no reply.
No I emailed them on wanting to purchase the new Icom 7300 mk2 and again the sales team failed to contact me, terrible.
They have lost over 7k of my business over the last year, so I have my businsss to Martin Lynch and Sons who offer a great service.
This is a sham as I do watch Peter Walter’s YouTube videos but obviously W&S don’t want my business.

A product I bought last September developed a fault. W&S paid for its return, fixed the problem, and shipped it back to me in just a few days. Excellent service. ADDITION _ Unfortunately, having tested the repaired item, I find it still has the exact same fault!I have contacted the shop and have been promised a refund on return of the item, for which a pre-paid label has been provided. I am happy with this resolution.
The product arrived fine, the outer box was a bit too big and the inner box was rattling around a little but all was ok with the actual item.The item was shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service on the 16th and arrived on the 19thEven before a small discount the VK-6 key was £10 cheaper than other places I found it.
