Over several weeks, I’ve found the support team to be generally unhelpful, often relying on AI tools that provide generic or even incorrect information. It feels like a gamble; only about 10% of the time do I reach someone knowledgeable like John C., or get escalated to seniors like Jose and Goody who actually provide great solutions. As the "front line" of the company, the support staff needs significant technical upskilling to protect Yoast's reputation.
