Order arrived smashed

Unfortunately, my first order never appeared, so I was sent a second. I had ordered a ceramic mixing bowl and it arrived completely smashed. The box wasn't marked as fragile and it was wrapped in one small layer of bubble wrap and some paper. It's no surprise it didn't make it in one piece. Disappointed.

Looks great. Unfortunately no pins to attach it to the ground. Packaging could have been more sturdy and robust as item was loose on the box.Delivered on schedule.
