Review Time
In my case that service did the bare minimum.I was a guest in a filthy place with bedbugs.Called and informed the 2nd day after a horrific night, their response was very late, after 5 days they stepped in and the resolution wasn't explained at all, stayed 1 of the 5 nights, demanded photos after my checkout, not since i was at the property and proceed with no explanation why they will refund only 2 nights, that resolution came 5 days after checkout, so 10 days after the problem report.Hope they will reorganize and be more responsive and fair.
We had a problem with accommodation. It was in very bad condition and it was not possible to stay in it. We found the new one and we get the refund for the desputed one in a week. The person in charge of our complaint was more than kind and patient. Honestly, I didn't expect that it would end easily or quickly.Thanks for everything Nerea and Your.Rentals team.
