I tried the web site to solve my problem Unable to locate 2nd account so used the Co. phone # and met AI. Honestly best AI ever . When giving my email individual letters were a bit of a challenge so AI shot me a txt to clarify Done. I was amazed at the capabilities of this AI experience. I was put through to a real person who clarified AI had cancelled both accounts for me . Great experience Thank you . This is an unsolicited review
This company seems focused solely on taking your money without offering refunds or showing any consideration for customers. I strongly advise against doing business with such predatory practices. Choose a service that values your trust and well-being.
I sent an email to cancel my initial subscription and to take my credit card information out of their system the next day only to find out I was charged $29.95 for the month. I called and spoke to Luis G who said he was a manager. He said they never received the email so he couldn't refund the money. This place is a joke. They don't even follow their own policies.
If I could put zero stars I would. Inaccurate info, and after I only purchased a one time fee for one search report, all of a sudden I was hit with a $25 charge. Apparently the website signed me up for a monthly subscription that I never agreed to. And when I called to dispute it, they said it is posted in the website and they refuse refunds. They also specified that they would provide my IP address to my bank if I tried to report the charge as fraud. Never got through to a love person as the phone number for costumer service kept disconnecting every time I tried talking to someone live. I just kept getting a recording that stated repeat info. I went back and checked the website and did not see it ANYWHERE about a membership and nothing about refunds not being possible. I will never use this scam sight again. All they want is to take your money and get away with it. Huge scam! Save your money…don’t use this company Update: found accurate information on a different website. I read the acknowledgement and I beg to differ that it was not clear. It is written as such to confuse people in my opinion. In no way am I a dumb person and I am well educated. This coming try to say it was “clearly written” that I was purchasing a subscription when in fact nothing about it was clear. And I don’t appreciate being called dumb, in a nutshell. Nothing but zeros for this company. Scammers and very rude.
