I love Daye! Not only are the tampons amazing for me and the planet it’s a women run company for women. Will never go back to any other brand. Now been using these for 4 years! Also great that you can pause the subscription and adjust size / amount to you.
It’s been almost a month and still haven’t received results. The only reason why I gave an additional star is because they’re refunding my money… but still no results. Can’t tell if this is a scam or just an awful company. Online it says 5-10 days. It’s been over 20 days.
For ages I had very few issues with my Daye subscription. However, I have struggled to get onto my account since the beginning of the year. Have tried to reset and contacted a number of times (as the reset ends up telling to email). I have had no response from date, could not move or change my subscription, could not contact and still had multiple payments taken out. I don’t know what is happening within Daye but something has clearly shifted and not for the better! The CBD tampons themselves are effective and something I have recommended to people on a number of occasions, however not being able to change your subscription or delivery date is no longer the one. I have alway teamed up the tampons with external CBD too. However, Daye’s own version isn’t strong enough to do the job, I much prefer Infinity CBD for this!
Very concerning organisation. They were repeatedly deleting my comment where I asked to provide the references to the « shocking » studies they mentioned about metals in tampons. This only raises questions about the existence of these studies and even if they exist their objectivity and quality. If anyone has questions about the full picture of the research they should consult a gynaecologist not sponsored by a small business.
I tried to order on the website but there was a very temporary glitch with their payment system so it wouldn’t go through. I received an email to say sorry you had issues, and a discount code for next time. So I placed my order. Unfortunately Evri emailed me to say my order had been damaged beyond repair, and to contact the sender. I sent Daye an email with the evidence from Evri and they immediately re-sent the items and they arrived so quickly. Amazing service very impressed.
