Lovely clithes but far too many manmade fibres

Everything fitted well and is as expected.My only gripe, and this is relevant to all your products is that you use far too many polyester fabrics, especially in the summer - I find it uncomfortable and it can make my skin itchy and sweaty. In these worrying times of the climate emergency it is also becoming increasingly inappropriate to use manmade fibres. Please, more natural fibres, or recycled natural fibres like viscose. Be the market leader and show the way.

I found it hard to return items

I found it hard to return items. So first it's not very explanatory. So wanted to return to store came up with stores but nothing to say do I need to print a label off or just take into store. Next tried a pickup from my home said invalid postcode. So in the end used the in post lockers and had success that way.

I had to send a dress back twice for…

I had to send a dress back twice for wrong sizing losing postage both times so a £15 dress ended up costing £36.i then paid postage again to send them both back,not happy every other size 20 fitted- this item was cut wrong
