Shocking service

I ordered two tops a week ago and paid for a faster delivery. Yodel have contacted me five day's consecutively to say my delivery is due today. Day 8 and nothing received. This is shocking service.

I did not receive the parcel

I did not receive the parcel. I contacted Yours and was sent two automatic emails. The next day I was awarded a refund. Not quite sure what to star as Yodel lost the parcel and this was not the fault of Yours. Yours did award the refund asap.
