I’ve been using these products since 2021. I absolutely love this company! I love the creams, face wash, & serums. My lashes have been getting so many compliments after using the lash serum consistently. Recently I had reached out to customer service regarding my day cream. It was feeling too heavy and they asked me some questions and sent a new formula to me. I’m obsessed with the new formula and don’t go a day without it. The customer service is top notch. They respond quickly and are always professional and kind.
I received personalized and customized skincare. I enjoyed the products because they were helpful to address the concerns I am having. I would've preferred the cleanser to have a different opening since it leaked upon opening most of the time. But I can admit that I had an overall positive experience with reaching out to the customer service. I definitely will return for another subscription.
