I wish I could give this company a better review. While the products are really nice, the customer service is another story. My best advice when talking to them is to always ask many questions about what you are and aren’t getting and what you’ll be paying and when. They are very adamant that their products are worth a full $207. Although I love the products, I wouldn’t say they could be valued at even half of that. You definitely overpay. $207 for 4 skin care products - no matter how “good” they are, is ridiculous. Especially considering I could get Kylie Jenner’s skin care set with 6 products for $150 at shoppers and it would last me just as long. Kinda disappointed in this company. Be careful
I really enjoy Y'OUR - I started using their personalized skin care when I was pregnant because I wanted something that was clean and safe, I have continued to use it the last 2 years and love my skin - it is so nice to make adjustments at any time and I love the point system where you can get free add ons. The package is simple and aesthetically pleasing, the skincare itself is easy to use and has no odd smells or textures which I appreciate! Costumer service is thoughtful and quick to respond

I’ve had such a great experience with them as I’ve been using their products for over 2 years. They’ve been great at keeping acne at bay and preventing breakouts. When I did start getting more breakouts they reformulated my products and accommodated me for no extra cost! Super great experience!!

This company has been an amazing experience. Their products are amazing and have helped my skin like no other. They are very big on making the customer happy and making sure the order is to their skin care needs. I ordered an add on gift and didn’t receive it and they were kind enough to not only send me the gift again but a few extra goodies as well. I appreciate the team and company for really taking care of their customers.
This company is great. Their productive speaks for itself. It makes my face feel so soft and moisturized. Plenty of product to last the three months. My only issue is I can’t afford it but it’s better than any product I’ve tried from local stores. They are very responsive with great customer seevixe. They even lowered the price for me in attempt to help me. Great company.
I purchased the monthly subscription to just try out the product to see how the products work with my skin. I made a mistake and misunderstood the monthly payment policy and messaged the support team. They were very helpful is very kind to give me a little discount even though it was my fault. Their support team are very kind and their products work really well for me so that’s why I’m coming back to them!
