Don't let your money sit on ysense! I learnt this the hard way. I was normally cashing out asap when I reach the 10gbp threshold. After cashing out a few times with no problems, I decided: "This time I'll let my earnings grow, I can cashout later anyway right? No,but we'll get to that. I know, I said I decided not to cashout instantly and let the money accumulate there. However, I started to feel uneasy as my balance got bigger. Last time I was able to check, it was about $63.5. So, yesterday I decided to cashout, as earlier I read about how they deactivate your account if you let a larger sum ($50 and above) of money sit in there. Although these complaints were mostly targeted to Swagbucks, it was still enough to motivate me to cashout. I didn't wanna believe it but BOY, WERE THEY RIGHT! Because when I tried to login yesterday, I got this message: "Login Error,your account has been deactivated" It was like "Baam,you're out!". No notifications,no reason or anything! You should have seen my face at that moment! I started to think about all the hours I put into this, and now I can't even access my money, can you feel the frustration! After the first shock, I contacted support immediately and today they have replied with a generic message that says "After careful review your account has been deactivated by our Compliance team due to Survey information/time irregularities." And they shared a link to their ToS. I didn't read the ToS to be honest but I don't think It is a reason to ban people for taking a survey late at night. I don't have to take surveys everyday,okay? Some days I will, some days I won't, it is up to me and my preference. I will take them whenever I like it and did this way from the start. This was all the same for the total of 4 months I have been with ysense. The only difference is that, this time I let the money sit in there until it reaches $63.5, and ONLY NOW they decide I have time irregularities... As I dug in the forums, I have found out that normally, even if you outright lie on surveys, they don't deactivate your account. What they do is, they block you from surveys, but you're able to login and you can cashout. You can even do other offers,tasks etc other than surveys if you want... Well, I wish I lied on surveys, then I would at least get my money and be done with it. Also learnt that, Swagbucks recently bought ysense.com. Basically, Swagbucks owns ysense now. This probably means that, stuff like this are to be expected with ysense from now on, since people say these kind of bans were common with Swagbucks. All in all, I don't want to crap on the platform. I actually think their panel is one of the best. There are many routers available and some pay real well. There many cashout options (takes 3 days to cash out on average but still). Overall it is a platform I would recommend, ONLY if you are gonna cashout instantly though! JUST don't let more than 50 bucks sit in there, cash out ASAP! I would be happy to edit the sad parts, if they let me access my money. Then, they can block/deactivate/ban/kick/kike me all they want :)
For many times after nearly completing a survey I would be notified that I wasn't qualified for it, or It would just have a message saying the survey wasn't available. It also happened with a task on apen, after working on it for around 40 min. At the beginning I used to have a lot of surveys to do, now there's barely anything so all I can do is offers and they Sometimes don't even pay. Very disappointing.
