This service made me go through numerous frustrations for a dress with a broken zipper, only to then disregard their own returns policy. They seem to refuse to accept their items back, likely because they are aware that their products are of poor quality and not genuine. Ordering from them will leave you regretting your decision. Very disappointing experience!

The dress I ordered looked beautiful in the picture, resembling velvet or faux suede. However, what I received was low-quality polyester. It was nothing like the image, and I can't return it because the return address is in China. They offered me a 30% refund and a 30% discount on future purchases, but I refused the discount and opted for the refund instead. The website claims to be a British company, but it’s actually based in China. This should not be allowed.
