I ordered on Dec 11 and received it on Jan 2, which is acceptable given the distance. However, communication from the service is quite poor. I had no idea if my shipment was dispatched until I received an email from the delivery service on the day it arrived. As for the product, it's too early to say, but I will provide an update in a couple of weeks.
