I use my ziip everyday and can see the difference in my skin texture and firmness. Not only is the ziip an amazing product but the company is great. I had a problem with my ziip and they reached out to me and offered to replace it. I was absolutely amazed since this is not the norm with most businesses. Thank you so much for a great company and wonderful product!
I’ve tried to use the device so many times now. It’s very painful whenever I move it, like where the edges of the globes meet the device. I have a high pain tolerance and it’s so uncomfortable I don’t want to use it anymore. It’s so expensive and feels like such a waste of money.
The ZIIP energizes my skin and most noticeably under my chin where it was getting loose. Their customer service is superb. My HALO started discoloring after about two years. When I enquired whether it still was safe to use they kindly sent me a new unit right away to exchange for a very modest fee.They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations.
First ZIIP is an incredible quality product. I’ve tested it again other micro-current devices and ZIIP wins hands down for effectiveness and ease of use. I had reason to contact ZIIP customer service as my ZIIP Halo device was sounding a bit strange and ended the program prematurely (the device beeps when it is needed to move). Customer service responded immediately to my inquiry using their mobile app. Sent a brief video of the ZIIP when it was turned on so they could her the beep. Uploaded the video using their mobile app (which is amazingly good — easy and easy use). In a matter of hours, Customer Service said they would replace it for me, and sent instructions and a downloadable mailing label for sending my ZIIP device back to them. I had a new ZIIP in a matter of a few days. The promptness, the detail, and the respect Customer Service had for their ZIIP customer was superb, which unfortunately is seldom the case for many other vendors and product lines. ZIIP stands behind their product quality and their Customer Service Associates stand behind their ZIIP owners. ZIIP - a superb quality product with outstanding customer service and support.
I received the replacement within 5 days. Was very pleased Ziip is including an adapter. Originally I kept trying to use all my Apple adapters which don’t work. This was not mentioned in the info included and I wrote it should be.
The ZIIP Beauty representative was courteous and helpful. Even though I didn’t purchase my ZIIP Halo from their website, she found my order and directed me to the Currentbody people. They issued me a return number with no hassle and sent me a UPS label via email. As soon as I used the label, they issued me a replacement! I’m very happy!
This was a big investment for me. I am 51 and have started to see a lot of negative changes happen to my skin. I live remotely so getting a facial isn't ideal (nor the cost, really). I have been using my Ziip daily for 2 weeks now and I already see a huge difference! Cheeks are fuller, face feels tighter, and my jowl area is firming up. My favorite program on the App is Instant Gratification.
