Ziip stopped connecting after a week

Ziip stopped connecting after a week. Tried to get customer service help, and all I get is the same answer...same steps. No way to reset ziip itself apparently.

Not a miracle but persistence yield results

Although not a miracle but I have noticed uplift on my jowls. The Ziip needs quite regularly habitat to maintain the improvements. Strange that I rarely feels the vibrations on my skin.
