This site is a total scam.They have a package where you can spend $50 and get somewhere between 5 SC and 150 SC.Tell me why the two times I purchased this package. I got 5 SC?!?!?! THE BARE MINIMUM!!!!!!! Twice in a row!!!On top of this, their support will not reach back out to me to close my account. They are ignoring me!

Not good. Too many other Casino style platforms that are fair with rtp. The bonuses look appealing but they drain it so fast. Way too many dead spins and bonuses never triggered and I played multiple different ones. Wasn’t even fun to play. No excitement whatsoever. I play on countless platforms and this one is just not good. You can tell the games and rtp are very much manipulated here. Plenty of other reputable online casinos to play on.

Dont spend money yet until they fix redeem option missing

UserName: SuzBradbury Account already KYC approved/verified I would have given this new site a great rating because I won, but there’s a glitch that’s preventing me from clicking anything to redeem my coins. It’s like they forgot to add the buttons! I click “redeem” and it takes me to the redemption page. It shows that I’m verified and displays my total redeemable balance, so it’s not an issue with meeting the requirements. But right under that, it says, “Please ensure you have 100 Redeemable SC. There is a minimum redemption of 100 Sweeps Coins. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.” That’s all it shows.The only option is to contact support via email., which I did yesterday morning. I received a confirmation email saying my request was submitted, but it’s been more than 24 hours, and I haven’t received any help yet.Just so you know, I tried accessing the redemption screen from multiple devices: my phone (using Safari and Chrome), a Mac (Safari and Chrome), and a Windows computer (Edge and Chrome). It’s definitely an issue on their end, not with my phone or browser.There is a FAQ page that says "How do I redeem my sweepstakes entries?"Sweepstakes entries can be redeemed for chances to win real prizes. Follow the instructions on our website to enter sweepstakes and redeem your entries. So how are we supposed to do that again if there isnt any option once you are in the redeem screen?

Won about $200 in “redeemable SC” but can’t redeem

2nd Edit: the redemption was successful and deposited straight into my bank account within a few daysEdit: received an email from support saying I can now redeem. Went to the site and it finally let me submit the request. I will update to 5 stars once the request goes through successfully (assuming it doesn’t take a ridiculous amount of time to do so)Won about $200 in “redeemable SC”, submitted all my verification documents, got 100% verified, etc. but now I can’t redeem my winnings. The redemption page says “please ensure you have at least $100SC redeemable to make a redemption.” I do. The very same page says so. I emailed support 12+ hours ago with no response. Very shady experience for a new social casino. There’s not even a built in support feature on the website.
