A few weeks ago we found a Superfish Qubiq 30 Akvarium on sale for only 20dkk/ 3euro, down from 464.99 dkk/prox 62euro - It was listed as "Flashsale/Lynudsalg"We where aware this was a very good offer and tried buying it along with other things. Now we recieved the packed and noticed they changed the order to "Window Clips" which is 20 dkk/ prox 3 euro not on sale.This is very bad service, why not own your fault - we would have wanted the order annulled before receiving some useless clips. Live in denmark and the order comes from France, so im not going to return.This means you really cant trust them and the offers they have on the site - Never buying from them again..!Reply:Thanks for a fast reply.First of all, I havent submittet any info so how would you know my purchase - other than if it's a bigger issue. I just went back on your site, took a screenshot of the Superfish Qubiq 30 - still says "Lynudsalg" - before 464.99 dkk/now 19.99 dkk - Dont think 4 plastic clips cost 464.99 dkk (prox 62 euro)?And if you click on it, both text, reviews and all tells you it is the aquarium you are buying.So bullsh** on the terms that you cant sell with a loss - think you made a mistake, changed the text to "Clips" and didnt tell anyone - If it could give you minus 5 starts I would - Bad business..!
Good prices and variety of products but terrible delivery service. Half of the time, my parcel was delivered very far from the initial location chosen. My last 2 experiences : 1) Paid extra for priority delivery but it came later than latest delivery date (food for my cat and it was quite urgent).2) I'm still waiting for my order to be at least dispatched and it has been 1 whole week.Quite sad because I was looking forward to the rewards but I will stop ordering there
The worst website ever first time using it because the vet recommended…have to chase the order myself with no email updates after 3weeks someone finally email me back and I’ve had requested for a refund for nearly €50 worth and it’s been 6weeks now still no sign of money or a reply back. What I’ve order is for a really sick cat who have kidney disease so I wouldn’t not recommend or use this website again.
Hello everyone,I basically cannot understand the customer service hours.I placed an order, paid for it and received it. However, one of the items I ordered was incomplete. I reported this and complained about it using the form system on the day of delivery.However, 48 hours have now passed and I still haven't received a response.How is it possible nowadays that one has to wait unnecessarily long for a response or even for the issue to be dealt with?And if you do respond here, please do not refer me to your contact form if I am not going to receive a reply via that anyway.
I placed an order 17 days ago, mainly because the website clearly stated that standard delivery takes around 5–7 days. It’s now been 17 days, and I still haven’t received anything.I contacted customer service two or three times, and every time they just replied with the same message: “There is an issue and we will handle it shortly.”I finally decided to cancel the order, and now the status only says “We will refund you ASAP.” — but what does that mean? Will it take 1 month? 2? 3?Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.
I ordered both a XXL crate and muzzle for my puppy, the crate is perfect for my pup as she needs space to continue growing. However, the muzzle I bought has unfortunately cut the top of her snout after 15 minutes of use. (Basket style Baskerville dog muzzle), the muzzle is spacious, however I believe the plastic is what caused such cut on her nose. Delivery was of expectations but please be aware of the material of the muzzle before your purchase.
Order was made 22th of August. Editing my review, since the company redeemed itself in my eyes. The order was delayed due to the logistics issues, but the support (specifically Margarita, she was amazing) is very helpful and reassuring. Will probably be ordering again, but not something that I care too much about, so I won't be too frustrated if it gets delayed again. Order still yet to arrive, but tracking says it's almost near my country, so it's fine.
Our first try with Zoomalia was a disaster, with the 200EUR of food we bought all full of maggots. When I spoke with them, they were very fast and proactive, and sent me the same delivery, and this time it arrived perfectly! The service was very fast and responsive. Thank you!! I do suggest you consider separating the wet/aluminium food packages from your croquettes in the future to prevent ruptures (We did have one broken this time also, but compared to the last time it was a major improvement).
