Disappointed

We booked for 2 nights this week-end just gone and were given van 156. Very basic. We ended up only staying one night: the single beds in the kids room were very uncomfortable, lumpy, noisy and very narrow ( fine if you have small children). Every time you flush the toilets there is a very loud noise which lasts about 30 seconds. Van are on top of each other so don't expect a good night sleep. Safe to say we will not be returning. For £140 a night I'd expect decent mattresses.We had lunch at the on site restaurant and that was lovely.

Clean accommodation

Clean accommodation, comfortable beds, two toilets which was a bonus for our family, ideal area for walks along the beach, would recommend for a break away.

I would definitely recommend it

We have enjoyed the stay in the caravan park. The cabin was fully equipped and clean, however the only one minus was sofa full of animal hair. I know it was animal friendly place but we didn’t expect hair all over our clothes. Apart very small playground there was not much to do with the child. Due to Covid19 restrictions we could have only 30min swimming pool daily. Area is very nice, quiet and peaceful and people very friendly. While there worth to visit Camber and Hastings. We had great, relaxing family time!

The caravan is located perfectly…

The caravan is located perfectly staying with the kids, just next to the playground. We stayed here for a week and had a great time. I loved stylish interior with small details, my boy loved all the games left in the caravan. Strongly recommend!

Nice caravan, not the best location

We loved the smooth transaction, clean cosy caravan, responsive to additional bedding request host.Downside points - caravan itself is right on the corner of two roads by the entrance near reception and all traffic of service vehicles are passing by which makes it very noisy from early hours all day.Not on first line of lake but across the road so distant lake view.No wi-fi was a disappointment for teenagers.Not much to do around entertainment wise.Early check out 10am.After booking and full payment, received email request to provide bank card for deposit never mentioned in ad.
