I’ve been a customer of 123ink.ie for a few years now, and while I’ve never had any major issues, my recent experience really showed me what exceptional service looks like.I had a small problem with my last order and sent them an email late on a Friday evening. I wasn’t expecting to hear back until Monday at the earliest, but to my surprise, I received a reply shortly afterwards with an offer to help sort things out.Then on Monday, they sent another email letting me know they were sending me a replacement ink cartridge completely free of charge! I was genuinely shocked by their generosity and so grateful for how they handled the situation.This is exactly why it’s worth supporting Irish and local businesses - you just don’t get this level of personal care and attention from the big international companies. 123ink.ie have earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommended!
My order of Pro Design paper arrived in a very bad condition. I ordered six packs, four are damp and two are ripped. This is not the fault of the courier but the method of packing is a disgrace. I cannot use any of it and I have informed the company and sent pictures of the damage. This is the second time that this has happened to me. The response I got was that they would give me free shipping on my next order! There will not be another order as I will shop elsewhere in future.
The delivery of the parts was very fast; < 24 hours. Your website is easy to use and I could navigate to the parts I needed quickly. All that remains now is the monitor the quality and the lifetime of the inkjet. I can report on this later.
My Canon printer stopped working. Canon were useless. They wanted me to ship the printer to them at my cost. I contacted 123ink.ie by e-mail at 14:00 and I had a new printer the next morning (Thank you AnPost also). Brilliant service. I won't go anywhere else now for all my office requirements.
