We bought an ink.ie replacement battery for our Dyson hoover so it was cheaper than the Dyson brand and is working great . Easy to order and we got it the next day . Would use them again !

Customer Support, the way it should be

I had occasion to phone Customer Service in 123Ink.ie and was very pleasantly surprised to find that I immediately got to speak to very helpful individual, called Karen.She helped me with some trouble shooting and when that didn't work she arranged replacement cartridges, which arrived next morning. So often these days in many companies there is no phone support, and if there is you are waiting a longtime to get a response, or the phone is hung up before you are answered. It was, in my view, the way customer support should be, but often is not.

Not quite Star Trek - "Beam it to Me "- but close enough

Delivery time was super fast. Ordered on Friday, 12th, at 2 pm, delivered cross-country, on Saturday, 13th, around 11 am. Expected time on order was Monday. This may have been helped by the fact that I ticked the box allowing Ink123 to choose the delivery service. In this day and age, it is always nice when a service provider surprises you when you least expect it.
