Review Time
I have purchased many items from thus company over the last 2 years and have always found them to be efficient and as I collect,courteous. All correspondence is prompt,with consistent updates on any items that are not in stock (which isn't many).Delivery is quick with an option to collect between specific times which brings me to the courteous part. While standing in the lobby waiting for my item,every single member of staff that walked in asked was I being looked after, irrespective of whether they had their lunch in their hand. Proper service from a proper company.
Last year I ordered a replacement HP toner from 123ink.ie. I even received a call from the owner suggesting I try their own brand toner. At the time I declined, but I promised that the next time I ordered, I would give it a try.Well, yesterday evening I placed an order for the full set of 123ink’s own brand colour toners — and to my amazement, they were delivered this morning! All the toners are now in my printer and working perfectly.Brilliant service, excellent quality, and incredibly fast delivery. Thank you, 123ink.ie — I would 100% recommend!
