First time. Cheaper than my optometrist. Ordered 2/13. Delivery between 2/17-2/23. Notifications: 2/18. Nope. 2/19. Nope. 2/23. Nope. Silence. I had to call them. Finally delivered 2/26. 15 days is not a speedy delivery. Next year, I'll just pay my optometrist and be done with it
After my cataract surgery, I no longer needed contact lenses and had heard that a certain company would buy back unused lenses. I assumed they would reimburse me at the original price, but I was mistaken. I received just over five dollars per lens, totaling only $21 for four lenses. It's frustrating when a company is misleading. Since this incident, I’ve encouraged two people to order their contact lenses from a different provider. I will continue to share my experience and discourage others from shopping there. The small amount they saved by buying my lenses at a discount will ultimately cost them significantly in future sales.
I had a disappointing experience recently. Previously, I had good service, but this time it was frustrating. I placed an order and opted for them to call my eye doctor to confirm the prescription. After confirming my specific prescription, I received the wrong one. I contacted them, and while they waived the overnight shipping fee, I ended up with the wrong order again. I was annoyed and asked for a discount or to keep a few lenses for the mix-up, but they only offered a small credit for my next order. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I was unknowingly enrolled in an annual auto-renew program. After calling to have it removed last year, it happened again this year. I will get my money back, but my time and effort are wasted. Their frequent texts and emails are quite bothersome. I won't do business with them again.
This is an extremely frustrating place to order contacts. I paid extra for express shipping, but my contacts arrived late. They sent the wrong prescription twice, causing me discomfort. I will not order from here again! It's unacceptable to receive the wrong contacts multiple times.
I had a terrible experience with customer service. They charged my account twice for different amounts. One charge settled, but the other has not cleared after a week. They offered no help and denied the double charge. I'm unable to access my funds.
