AVOID! Still waiting on £412.50 refund!

Order cancelled and refund confirmed on the 21st October. I still have NOT received the money back - emails go unanswered, calls don't connect. £412.50 out of pocket - totally unacceptable - happy to take the money but not then refund you back what you are owed!

Poor customer service

I ordered a cupboard 5weeks ago that indicated 2-4 week delivery which still hasn’t arrived with no update of a delivery date. I emailed last week, then spoke to a pleasant assistant in the shop this week who assured me ‘Sam’ would email me with an update- still nothing. Although they manage to send weekly promotional email. I looked on Trust pilot to check the company existed and found this appears the only way of possibly getting a reply from the staff .

I’m really happy with my purchase and…

I’m really happy with my purchase and overall experience. The company offered the best price I could find for a product that was quite hard to source elsewhere. Customer service was excellent – they responded quickly and helpfully to all my questions. My order arrived in under a week, well packaged and exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Have I been scammed?

Have I been scammed? Payment taken but no further communication. No response to emails and messages. It's only been just over a week but I would have expected some update and replies to my emails.

Very disappointing

My experience is the same as everyone else. Ordered a drinks trolley given a delivery date and 4 weeks later no trolley and they won't respond to phone calls or e mails. Awful.

No communication about delivery after 3.5 weeks

I'm having a very similar experience to the other customers, an order for a coffee table placed over 3 weeks ago and apart from the initial order confirmation email, no response to my other email and when I called the number the message says 'the inbox is full', which is all very concerning. I wish I read the reviews before placing the order as there were similar tables I was considering. I was made aware that the order may take 2-4 weeks to arrive but I doubt it'll turn up next Monday since I've had no notification about dispatch. If someone could respond to me about order DIVCOMHSI that'd be great.

I wish I could give more stars but....

I wish I could give more stars but sadly can't. We ordered a chair 5 weeks ago. After several emails to which no response and a few calls to find out what is happening we got so fed up we cancelled with the company which they seemed quick to do. It would appear that the item hadn't even been ordered despite receiving a confirmation email. We knew the product was available as we went to the direct source. The item is now coming within 7 days. Customer communication is really important and we hope this company takes this on board and improves.

The reviews are accurate. This company sold me a shelf for £200 which I then found was out of stock. I’ve been chasing a refund for well over a month and still struggling to get a reply from them. All of their items are available elsewhere - AVOID

Still waiting for my order - 6 weeks now!!

Continued promises of deliveries - I’ve now waited 6 weeks and still no date on when I’ll actually receive my order. Genuinely wondering if I’ve been scammed at this point.I ordered mid October, I’ve been continuously told they will receive them soon. I was last told they’d get their stock on the 18th - a whole week later and still no update. Really unfair to treat people like this. Getting to the point I’m going to have to do a chargeback and order these items from a company who will actually send them.
