Thank you.Hayley I ordered two stools on the 16/11, I request if these could be delivered by the 12/12 and followed up a number of times to ask for confirmation of delivery, but I still have not received any response to my emails at all. These are needed for the 12/Dec so I ordered in good time, had I known that these would take over three weeks to arrive and I would get no response, I would not have ordered them, and looked elsewhere.
Hard to find out whether this company in genuine or not. Ordered and paid in good time for Xmas - no notice of delivery, chased by email, no communication , no reply. Appalling customer service . Am leaving this review in hope that some info may come from them . Order is CXFZMNWTP.
I wanted to share my experience with Accessories for the Home because, although there are some negative reviews out there, it’s important to remember that this is an independent business, not a big chain like Argos. My order did take a little while to arrive, but the website clearly stated a 2–3 week timeframe, so it was exactly what I expected.Any time I needed an update, I called their customer service number and she answered straight away every time. She was always polite, helpful, and able to give me clear updates on my order, which made me feel reassured throughout the process.My order has now arrived and I’m genuinely happy with both the product and the service. Further to my previous review.My item arrived damaged, I contacted Accessories for the Home who have proved to be useless in handling a simple replacement or return. Their communication continues to be non existent leaving us with a broken item in a large (smelly) box. No replacement, no collection of the broken item and no communication. I gave them notice that I would start a charge back with my credit card company if they didn't contact me, they haven't so a charge back is now in process. Edit. Their response is confusing, I have not ordered/bought a chair let alone 6 chairs! And I did not buy a table either! They must have me confused with another customer! My order was for a foot stool which arrived damaged. My one and only transaction with them. And I will definitely not be ordering anything from them in the future.
Advertised as goods available online, but then after I paid £550, the order status immediately went to "On Backorder". I have chased them multiple times, and currently on week three of trying to request a cancellation and refund. Responses are poor quality and delayed. Need to keep chasing.
Do not useWorst customer service by a country mileSpoken to Sam 3 times and every time promised a call back, and guess what, I’m still waiting! I stupidly let her convince me not to have a refund while she checked stock…..I am a fool. I believe she is rogue and I will be making an application to have her struck off as director.
After writing a review in the hope of actually getting a response from this company, I did hear back and was assured that the item would be arriving by the following week and would be shipped out… well I’m still waiting! Really annoying, Sam, I replied by email saying I did not want a cream one which you had in stock, and would wait for the orange one, but how much longer is it going to take? Pleased to update this that Sam did call me to apologise for the delay, and offered to send a cream item out immediately, while still offering a full refund. Communication is key - had I been given regular updates and an apology along the way, I would have been happy to wait. However, I received the item today, it is really beautiful and will still be keen to reorder an orange one when the stock does come in. Thanks Sam, I appreciate your gesture.
I placed an order with this company back on 1st September for an item which was shown as on back-order. I have since received no communications, I reached out to the company a week ago via email to ask about estimated dispatch date and have recieved no response. I have followed up on my email and messaged them on social media but am still being ignored. I would really appreciate an update or I will be requesting a chargeback with my bank as judging by the amount of negative reviews, I am concerned this is a scam.
