Review Time
Initially we weren’t impressed but after speaking with Sam she did resolve our issue. We offered an item in feb and it got delivered mid June. During this period we had no correspondence/update with the company. Being a busy mam I didn’t have time to chase this but eventually when I got in touch and explained sam was very apologetic and gave us an accurate timeframe of when we’d likely receive. Once we spoke to Sam things turned around and our experience was so much more positive. We are happy with that item it’s great quality and happy with the customer service. My only advice would be maybe to keep customer updated with delays etc.
I ordered a mirror and the money has been taken out of my account on the 6th June. The site gave me email confirmation of my order.It is now the 21st June and no sign of my mirror and no sign of my order when I go intomy online account.I have tried ringing, leaving answer machine messages and emailing without any response. Posting this review has now prompted them to make contact with me and i have now had some reassurance. Its a shame it had to come to this. Lets hope this triggers a review of the way the business is run. The Trust Pilot reviews are worth their weight and are a good reference point for would be purchasers and customers.
I am waiting for my orde. I have tried to get an update on when to expect delivery….First phone call…no replySecond phone call transferred to answerphone which stated it was full!Third call I was able to leave a message for a call back….mi call back as yet…I will give them to the end of this week (6th June) & if no joy I will set proceedings to get my money back…
Have now sent 4 emails without receiving a response after having been advised the stool would be delivered last week and it hadn’t been. Avoid, cowboy outfit.Update-as a response to this post I received an email advising I would receive a refund and stool last week. I’ve received neither and have chased again without response. We ordered four stools on 24th May 2025, and a month later we are no clearer on when the furniture will be delivered. We have chased a number of times by phone and email, and only once have they return our call to give a vague explanation that the furniture may be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Subsequently, we have not heard anything further from the firm.
I ordered a sofa on the 3 May 2025, and as of now, I still haven’t received it. Two weeks after placing the order, I reached out via email for an update. Samantha responded, saying it would ship within two to four weeks. I followed up again after the latest estimated deadline passed, and I’ve yet to receive any response.The lack of communication and delays are incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. The customer service just isn’t up to standard.
I ordered a cabinet in January I was told it would be delivered in within a month. It is now May and I have still not received my cabinet. Last communication I got was 2 April, I have followed up via email 14 April still no reply. I have also tried to call the shop no answer.I would not buy from them.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with my order. They charged my payment over a month ago, yet I have still not received my product or a proper update. After repeatedly reaching out, I was finally told that an email regarding my order went to my spam folder—this is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase after a company for basic order updates.
